Woodfold's H3100 acoustic accordion partitions offer a quick and efficient solution for shaping spaces and enhancing sound control in various interior settings. Unlike other Woodfold accordion doors, the H3100 series features a unique continuous vinyl curtain design within an expandable accordion structure. This innovative design provides superior acoustic performance and flexible space division options.

Constructed with two continuous laminated vinyl covers attached to steel pantographs and supported by aluminum-covered steel channel posts, the H3100 accordion partitions boast an impressive Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 31. This level of sound control makes these partitions an ideal choice for environments that require frequent room reconfigurations and effective noise reduction, such as classrooms, conference centers, and multipurpose halls.

• Sweep Covers:
  • Multi-ply sweep strips are installed on the top and bottom of both sides of the H3100 acoustic accordion partition, creating a superior acoustical seal that effectively reduces sound transmission between spaces.
• Material:
  • Constructed with a combination of steel and fiberboard inner layers, wrapped in a continuous commercial vinyl curtain exterior. The inner layers are lined with an acoustical material, enhancing the partition's sound-blocking properties and ensuring exceptional noise reduction performance.
    Partitions have an internal framing of 14 ga. (2 mm) half hard steel riveted to form "X" construction pantographs. Pantographs provide an even extension and contraction without binding on straight runs of track as shown on the plans.
• Partitions:
  • Accordion partitions features strategically placed pantographs to ensure smooth operation and even extension. Pantographs are located at the top and bottom of the partition, with additional intermediate pantographs positioned no more than 4 feet (1219 mm) apart for partitions exceeding 8 feet (2.438m) in height. The bottom of the partition is equipped with 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) sweep strips, providing an effective seal against the floor and enhancing overall sound control.
• Lead Post:
  • Extruded aluminum faces on full height steel channel. The lead post is trimmed with clear anodized aluminum and includes mechanical latching.
• Wheels:
  • Acoustic accordion partition is equipped with high-quality, nylon-tired steel ball bearing wheels for smooth and effortless operation. Each lead post features four-wheeled carriers, while intermediate carriers are strategically placed every 18 inches (457 mm) on center. Two-wheeled nylon-tired carriers are used in other appropriate locations along the partition to ensure even weight distribution and easy movement. This advanced wheel system allows for quiet and seamless partition deployment and retraction, making room reconfigurations a breeze.

  • Highest quality aluminum with steel pull handles.
• Latch:
  • Latch with thumbturn one side/two sides or keylocks. Several options for a secure door.
• Track:
  • Tracks available in Type 15, Type 18 or Type 71.
• Width:
  • Partition offers unparalleled flexibility in terms of width, with no maximum limit. This means that the partition can be customized to fit any room size or configuration. 20ft sections will require a type B rolling post configuration.
• Height:
  • An impressive maximum height of up to 12 feet 1 inch (3.68 m), making it suitable for a wide variety of ceiling heights and rooms

  • Extended: 5-1/2" - Closed 7-1/2".
• Weight:
