• Panels:
  • The panels are 6 inches wide and .5 inch thick.
• Material:
  • Medium Density Fiberboard provides a smooth durable surface.
• Panel Connectors:
  • Flexible vinyl hinges that are color-coordinated to match the panel selection. Vinyl hinges are attached into the routed edges of the panels allowing the panels to pivot smoothly while keeping a seamless, uniform aesthetic appeal.
• Tracks:
  • The 2-inch by 1.25-inch aluminum track has holes pre-punched for installing screw fasteners to allow mounting directly to the surface.
• Hinge Assembly:
  • The hinge assembly is constructed from 16 gauge steel and utilizes a pantograph mechanism to facilitate installation on dual-wall door assemblies.
• Sound Dampening Seal:
  • The dual-wall door contains internal acoustic material and has flexible vinyl sweep strips installed on the top and bottom edges. Wood molding is mounted on both sides of the track, creating a wide sweeping surface around the perimeter of the door.
• Acoustical Damping Lining:
  • Applied to inside faces of both walls.
• Wheels:
  • The curtain utilizes steel ball bearing wheels with nylon tires. There are 4 wheeled carriers mounted on each volute side panel as well as on the lead post.

  • Constructed from extruded aluminum with a cross-sectional dimension of 3-7/16 inches by 4-7/8 inches. Jamb molding is included on the lead post.
